CIN, the Portuguese company which is the Iberian leader in the paint and varnish market and is present in various international markets, has boosted its support for architecture in Portugal through a partnership agreement with the 4th edition of the Lisbon Architecture Triennale.
The Triennale’s mission is to research, drive and promote thinking and practice in architecture, a commitment shared with CIN and which is expressed in our support for “The Form of Form” exhibition, which is open from 5 October to 11 December 2016.
The event targets both national and international audiences and aims to stimulate and deepen debate around a broad range of contemporary positions on the practice of architecture.
The exhibition is part of the core programme of the 4th Triennale, which is taking place at the EDP Foundation, with the exhibition system designed by the architects:
Nuno Brandão Costa, Johnston Marklee and Kersten Geers.
CIN has shown a special relationship with architecture in Portugal in supporting numerous projects which fulfil the vision of the company: the urban and social renovation of cities as the construction of identity for a community.
“CIN’s support for the Lisbon Architecture Triennale reinforces this commitment, not only because of the objectives which the initiative fulfils, but also for the reference entities it brings together - Triennale, Belém Cultural Centre, EDP Foundation, MAAT and the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, among others.
CIN is an innovative Portuguese company which has been the brand selected to participate in major debates, events and works to requalify historic spaces and buildings involving great visibility among the Portuguese.
Our support for the 4th edition of the Lisbon Architecture Triennale is another project that makes us proud and motivates us to continue the work developed over the years”, stated Marcos Castro, Director of Marketing at CIN.
